Athletic Permission Slip for 26-27 Year

Reagan Families,

If your student plans to participate in athletics during the 2026–2027 school year, please complete the permission slip attached to this post.

As a reminder:

• Fourth-grade students may participate in Cross Country (fall), Wrestling (winter), and Track (late spring).
• Fifth- and sixth-grade students may participate in all offered sports.

This permission slip will remain valid for the entire school year and applies to all sports. Please talk with your student about which sports they may be interested in joining.

Also attached is a copy of Reagan’s Code of Excellence, which explains the academic, behavioral, and sportsmanship expectations for students participating in co-curricular athletics.
