What is IDAC?
Intercultural Diversity Advisory Council (IDAC) draws members from parents to represent our school at district level climate assessment/problem-solving meetings. The primary purpose of the Intercultural Diversity Advisory Council (IDAC), originally formed in 1988 as the Intercultural Advisory Council, is to assist in the formation and review of policies that assure non-discriminatory practices in all operational areas of the Clovis Unified School District. Its further mission is to assist in improving the cultural environment of the District.

Meetings

Quarterly meetings are held throughout the school year. Meetings may be held at Reagan to discuss specific school topics or within the Clovis East area to discuss area-wide or district-wide topics. We value your input and look forward to working with you at our meetings.

Reagan Elementary School will hold 4 IDAC meetings throughout the school year. These meetings will assist in building cultural competency at Reagan Elementary and in the Clovis East Area.

Quarter 1: Reagan IDAC September 26, 2024 @ Reagan LMC 5:15pm - 6pm

CE Area IDAC October 15, 2024 @ REC Library Lecture Hall 11am - 12pm

Quarter 2: Reagan IDAC, January 9, 2025 @ Reagan MPR 5:30 - 6:30pm

Quarter 3: Reagan IDAC MultiCultural Faire, March 12, 2025 @Amphitheater & MPR 4:30pm - 7pm

CE Area IDAC, March 18, 2025 @ REC Library Lecture Hall 11am - 12pm

Quarter 4: Reagan IDAC, May 15, 2025 @ Reagan MPR 5:00pm - 6pm
